Would like to know if anyone out there has had experiences with the tankless water heaters?  Am thinking of takeing on the Navien brand and would like to know what others have experenced with them.

I've worked on alot of Navien CR210A and the newer NR210A models.  They have had alot of issues, but seem to have corrected most of them.

Bad pcb boards, causing unburnt gas at exhaust termination and water temperature fluctuations.
Bad siphon tube material cracking causing water leaks.
Bad water fittings at heat exchanger ports causing water leaks.
Cracked exhaust vent port causing flue gas leakage inside the unit.

The newer units have corrected these problems.  I like the internal circulation pump design that helps prevent the hot/cold water sandwich effect.

I have good training sheets that help with setting the gas pressures if you needed.

Read up on the dip switch settings, they don't always come set properly.
