fair wage to excpect/ask for

ive got my g2 and my 313d,

i am currently on service with a previous 4 year experience on install, i am going to be on after hours on call 2 nights a week as well as on weekends 2 weekends out of a 5 weekend rotation . what is a fair wage to expect?

$18 an hour is fair to start. Once you have proved your worth, ask for $22.

I started at $16 an hour and within 3 years im making 25 an hour, G.2 with 313D. I'd say I'm one of the lucky ones out there that has been well compensated for being a good employee.

I think u should at least to get 22/ hr to start if u can work independently as u got 2 licenses.if u get some experience u can make 25/hr easily.
