  Director's Advisory FS-101-07 - Variance Conditions for Continued Use of Existing Uncertified Plastic Vent
  Director's Advisory FS-102-07 - Variance Conditions for Vents Systems that were Installed Prior to August 1, 2007 but the Appliance Not Activated Until After August 1, 2007

  An application for a Variance/Deviation form is required if Clauses 8.9.5 and 8.9.6 cannot be met.
