Problems I have encountered,

Continuous fan does not operate at 30% of system fan speed, like the manual claims.  It is stuck at 300cfm.  You need to install the Goodman communicating thermostat to have control over the continuous fan speed.  Or you can install a data chip directly to the control board.  Thsi will increase the continuous fan to 600cfm, which is 30% of 2000cfm.

Noisy ventor motors, they rumble and make alot of noise.  This was never an issue with the GMV95 models.

The green low voltage wiring molex connector sticker is being installed upside down, by the manufacturer, so it's easy to miswire the low voltage.

The installation manual is incorrect when it shows how to adjust the SW1 #3 and #4 dip switches.  On the control board it shows ON is to the right, but in the manual it shows ON is to the left.  They have corrected the manual and will start shipping with the new units.  The control board is correct.  Turn #3 OFF, to the left to enable single stage thermostat control.  Turn #4 off, to the left, to enable 5 minute staging.

We are also getting them right from the factory with a dO code on install. No data on the board. We have had to get the memory chips for all the different size btu furnaces Goodman has that we install.
