Propane handling for puplic

Is anyone know do we need to have approved certificate to serve BBQ in public with propane?
If we don't have certificate that fire department will give ticket?

What city and province are you in?

In the Province of Ontario, depending on what type of cooking equipment you're using, you must comply with Director's Order FS-056-06 - Mobile Food Service Equipment.  Download it Here  

You must have a certificate holder complete the Inspection Certificate.  I would also contact your city or municipality to see if you need a permit and/or license to serve food to the public.
